We will meet at Protected content then cross the road and start running in the park

Meetup time: 5:50pm
Run start: 6:00pm sharp

Distance: 5kms / Open
Pace: 6-6:30 Mins/Km

You can run at your own pace and distance, then meet us at the end for stretching and a chat
