A circular route from Refugio de Juanar (base of La Concha) which has great views into 5 separate valleys.
It is only 7km but has 350m of ascent, most of which is in the first section on a steep, narrow, rocky path making it a harder MODERATE.
Following the initial ascent it is reasonably flat on narrow paths (but no drops) and downhill on a wide gravel road. Approximately 3-3.5 hours with drinks at the Refugio afterwards.

Appropriate footwear is hiking boots or shoes with a proper deep tread. Trainers with flat soles have caused accidents on our hikes and therefore are no longer permitted.
