Southwest France means Cahors, Madiran, Juran莽on, Gaillac 鈥 and a few others that tend to stay under the radar. Reds with depth, whites with grip, grapes you don鈥檛 meet every day.
We鈥檒l be at the bar. Order what you want, explore what鈥檚 unfamiliar, stay as long as it makes sense.
