As a new kundalini instructor, there is no mandatory fee, but a donation cup will be available onsite if you feel you have benefited from our time together. 鈽锔
This will be a beginners class, and although i am fluent in Greek, it will be offered in English to best serve everyone. The class will involve, breathwork, meditation, and some light poses. You can also bring your mat if you like.
